This raw cotton has been ginned, but has not been carded. There are cotton seeds and sometimes small pieces of the cotton plant mixed in. Raw cotton is often used for stuffing or cushioning when a less expensive material is required, and it's acceptable to have some other plant matter besides the fiber.
This is dusty so a mask is advised in working with this material.
Made in the USA and GOTS certified.
Used for mattresses, mattress pads, pillows, etc.
From a smoke-free, fragrance-free, feline-friendly home. (Though this has been up in our loft where Kitty does not go.)
Most items are shipped wrapped in foil to block chemical contamination from shipping companies, but please do contact us if you have specific needs as not all items are shipped in foil!
