and administratively under the command of Commander, Naval Air Forces Pacific/
Commander, Naval Air Forces
. The two administrative titles actually refer to one command carrying out two functions.
The cover is cancelled with a well-struck pictorial postmark on 12 July 2003 at Norfolk, VA 23511 and is franked with a 37c 'Flag' stamp.
Overall cover condition is very good. The cover is a standard No. 6-3/4, 3-5/8 x 6-1/2". The blue around the edge is part of the background.
